Registrar Questions
I have not received my Membership Card, can you send me a replacement?
I am not able to resend membership cards.
The intention of the MAAA Register is that members create their own Login to the Register and when Logged in they can then download their own card.
I have recently rejoined and my Wings ratings are no longer showing on my membership card.
If you have not been a member for 3 years or more, all wings’ ratings are lost. You need to contact the SFI, Les Marriner at sfi@vmaa.com.au or your club to arrange a test to regain your wings.
I have moved house recently and have not received my membership card, can you update my address please?
Membership cards are emailed to members now. If you have not received your card, you should create a Login to the MAAA Register and update your email address and your home address.
I have locked myself out of my Club Registrar's Login in the MAAA Register, how do I get a new Login?
I have created a new password which has been emailed to you, continue to use your normal user name.
I have been locked out of my personal account in the MAAA Register, can you assist?
There is a reset at the Login Screen that can resend a new password to your email address. If this does not work for you, contact me again and I will reset your account with a new password.
Can I be a member at more than one club & what fees do I have to pay.
You can be a member at as many clubs as you choose providing clubs allow members of other clubs to join. If you are permitted to join a second club, you will need to pay their club fees, either as an associate or a full member. You do not have to pay the VMAA/MAAA fee again when joining a second club.
I am looking at the Club membership register and am not able to find member xyz in the current registrations for our club for this FY. Member xyz has paid his 2025-26 fees to our club. Can you assist please?
Your member xyz is still listed in your club’s “Members to be renewed list, and has not been transferred across to the members’ renewed list” for this FY. I have not received a payment for your member xyz for this FY, therefore this member is not affiliated at this time.
