State Fields

The MAAA, VMAA and associated Clubs have worked hard to establish a number of State Flying Fields to secure our sport for the long term. Each Field is hosted by a Member Club that has the responsibility to develop, maintain and were possible, make these fields available to Special Interest Groups, special events and most importantly, to Associated Club Members.

Setting up these fields is a long process and could not be achieved in a timely manner without the support of our National and State bodies. The work and determination of the host Clubs is acknowledge and appreciated as this is a long term commitment with the additional requirement to showcase our sport to the general public on various occasions.

The State Fields are there to be used by all Members of the MAAA. If you intent to visit or considering to run an event at one of these fields, please contact a Club Committee representative.
