You will be Responsible for:

  • *SETTING UP THE FIELD TO SUIT YOUR EVENT.

  • Line marking. Competition layout. Installation of Equip.

  • SPECIAL EQUIPMENT SUCH AS:

    • Timers, administration equipment, winches, meters, etc.

  • INSTALLING SPECTATOR FENCING IF REQUIRED.

  • HIRING OF EQUIPMENT.

  • Tents, Port a Loo, Applicant expenses & arrangements.

  • LEAVING FIELD IN A RUBBISH FREE & TIDY CONDITION

 

Condition of Use:

  • The closure of gates will be the Host Club unless specified

    • Within Approved HEIGHT CLEARANCE.

    • Within any specified FLYING TIMES?

    • NO MODELS ALLOWED IN THE CLUB ROOM

    • FIELD TO BE OPENED AND CLOSED BY Host Club or by arrangements

 

In addition:

  1. Booking date/s are the dates you want exclusively reserved for your event.

  2. Booking of the field must be submitted NO later than 60 days prior to your event date.

  3. DO NOT advertise your event until confirmed by the VMAA

 

I understand I will be responsible for the safe operation/conduct of this event and agree to the terms and conditions on the use of a VMAA State Flying Field and will make sure that all participants are aware of the conditions set out in the Application. I also agree to make sure any incident or accident that occurs during the use of the site shall be reported as soon as possible to the VMAA (MOP001).
