DESCRIPTION:The event is designed to bring together all disciplines for a weekend of fun with like-minded people who enjoy model aviation. Whether a foamie\, glider\, trainer or a turbine jet\, all are welcome to fly off our beautiful grassed runway. There is ample space for parking and camping\, with new toilets and showers being installed to ensure comfort for all. A canteen will be on offer to keep everyone fed and watered. \nThe event is part of the VMAA Festival of Flight initiative\, promoting aeromodelling in every aspect. The Club wishes to thank the VMAA for their support and encouragement.

DESCRIPTION:VMAA Festival of Flight – Bairnsdale October 12-13\nWe are hosting the Victorian Model Aircraft Association’s Festival of Flight. This two day event is open to the public and to all MAAA registered pilots. We are celebrating all types of model aircraft and welcome all disciplines to showcase our great sport. The VMAA are providing show bags to all entered pilots and we anticipate lots of prizes for pilots. Generously sponsored by Desert Aircraft Australia and Advanced Radio. Pilot entry is $25 for the weekend and the public are asked for a gold coin donation. Catering will be available all weekend. Camping is $10 per night.
